How to Request a Refund
>> In case the customer has already received the event ticket, please prepare the following documents to request a Ticket Protect refund:
- The event ticket
- ID card of the ticket owner
- A copy of the bank passbook (if paid by cash/bank transfer)
- The credit/debit card used (if paid via credit/debit card)
Contact Zipevent via email at support@zipeventapp.com to submit the evidence and request a Ticket Protect refund immediately. Alternatively, requests can be made at the latest 7 days before the event starts. Refunds cannot be requested after the event has taken place.
>> In case the customer has NOT yet received the event ticket, please prepare the following documents to request a Ticket Protect refund:
- ID card of the order owner. If you are not the order owner, please use a signed copy of the order owner's ID card (certified true copy) with an authorization note specifying who is assigned to act on their behalf.
- If you are not the order owner, a copy of the authorized representative's ID card is also required.
- Proof of payment:
3.1. Original payment receipt
3.2. The credit card used for the purchase (if the credit card owner is not processing this themselves, a copy of the card must be provided)
3.3. ATM payment slip or bank counter payment receipt
- Order confirmation document. If the customer does not print the order confirmation, the correct order number must be provided.
- A copy of the bank passbook (if paid by cash/bank transfer).
