TICKET PROTECT


The company shall pay to the customer for any loss after the purchase of the show or concert ticket. The loss must incur within 30 days before the show or concert date.


  • The customer's serious injury or sickness or compulsory quarantine


  • The customer's immediate family member* death, serious injury or sickness or compulsory quarantine which will require the customer presence at the day of the show or concert.


  • Serious damage to the customer principal residence from fire, burglary, flood, windstorm, typhoon and earthquake that require the customer to be presented on the day of the show and concert.


  • The customer has to be witness summon.


  • The customer gets a car accident whilst travelling to attend the show or concert.


  • Mechanical breakdown of automobile whilst travelling to attend the show or concert.


  • Sudden or unforeseen business trip or job relocation to another province or another country due to business needs


  • The customer is prevented from attending the show or concert due to flood, windstorm, typhoon and earthquake.


  • The customer is unable to attend the event due to unforeseen school or college examinations.


  • "Family Member" means father, mother, legitimate child and/or spouse of the customer.
