How to pay by mPAY Wallet

  1. After fill in the registration form, choose 'mPAY Wallet' as the payment channel and click 'Pay Now'.




  1. Fill in the phone number of your mPay account to continue.



  1. Enter 5-digit OTP sent to you by SMS into the mPay app, then click 'OK'.




  1. Open the mPay app and enter you 4-digit PIN to login.



  1. Select the top-right icon, then 'mPay Shopping' as shown below.




  1. Click 'Pay', enter your 4-digit PIN again, then click 'OK'.




  1. Check the payment detail and fill in your email if you need a confirmation document from mPay.



  1. After the process is complete, you will be redirected to your tickets.


  • In addition, Zipevent will send the tickets to you by email. (If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your Junk mail or contact us).
