How to Claim a Transferred Ticket

  1. Go to Tickets to Claim page to view the tickets that have been transferred to you.



  1. You can identify tickets transferred via the Transfer Ticket feature by the Pending Acceptance status displayed on the ticket banner.



  1. Click Claim Ticket, then complete the required information to confirm and add the ticket to your account.
