>> Terms of Service


The company shall pay to the customer for any loss after the purchase of the show or concert ticket. The loss must incur within 30 days before the show or concert date.

  1. The customer's serious injury or sickness or compulsory quarantine
  2. The customer's immediate family member* death, serious injury or sickness or compulsory quarantine which will require the customer presence at the day of the show or concert.
  3. Serious damage to the customer principal residence from fire, burglary, flood, windstorm, typhoon and earthquake that require the customer to be presented on the day of the show and concert.
  4. The customer has to be witness summon.
  5. The customer gets a car accident whilst travelling to attend the show or concert.
  6. Mechanical breakdown of automobile whilst travelling to attend the show or concert.
  7. Sudden or unforeseen business trip or job relocation to another province or another country due to business needs
  8. The customer is prevented from attending the show or concert due to flood, windstorm, typhoon and earthquake.
  9. The customer is unable to attend the event due to unforeseen school or college examinations.

* "Family Member" means father, mother, legitimate child and/or spouse of the customer.


>> Compensation


The faced Value of the show or concert ticket paid to the ticket organizer in advance by the customer.


>> Claiming a Ticket Refund


The customer/ immediate family member must report and notify the company within 30 days after the date of loss and prepare the following document:


  1. Original un-used ticket of that show or concert
  2. Submit the following document based on the above events:
  • Event 1: the doctor or hospital report
  • Event 2: the doctor or hospital report and evidence of relationship i.e. marriage certificate for spouse and house registration form for parents and/or children of the customer
  • Event 3: picture of customer's home, house registration and confirmation of the disaster
  • Event 4: court notice
  • Event 5: automobile claim report and copy of vehicle registration/ Car rental contract
  • Event 6: vehicle repairing bill and copy of vehicle registration/ Car rental contract
  • Event 7: company confirmation letter with company logo stamp
  • Event 8: picture of damaged event, house registration or Hotel Voucher and confirmation of the disaster
  • Event 9: examination schedule; subject code and the letter from teacher with college stamp
  1. A copy of the police daily report (in the event of theft or a car accident).

>> Refunding the Protection Fee


The ticket holder can submit evidence to request a refund for the Ticket Protect fee immediately, or at the latest, 7 days before the show starts. Refunds cannot be requested after the show has taken place.

>> Exclusions


The company will not cover any loss or damage caused by the cancellation of the show or concert by the organizer.
